Who provides the services

The services are provided by 32 Barber Holešovice, Tusarova 1235/32, Praha 7 Holešovice (the "business"). Contact: +420 723 700 125, info@32barber.cz.

Booking

• You book on this website by choosing the service, the time and, if you like, who does it. Sending the booking orders the chosen services from the business at that time.
• The booking stands at once; we e-mail you the confirmation.
• You can book without an account. A Lichio account only makes your bookings and their changes easier to keep track of.

Prices and payment

• The prices are in the price list on this website. With "from" prices the final price depends on the work, the hair length or the materials; the business tells you beforehand.
• You pay at the business after the service, in the ways the business offers. Nothing is paid online.

Changes and cancellation

• You can move or cancel the booking online up to 3 hours before, through the link in the confirmation or in your account. Later than that, please contact the business.
• Cancelling in time costs nothing.
• The business may cancel or move a booking for a serious reason (illness, a breakdown). It lets you know as soon as possible and offers another time.

If you do not come

If you do not come to a booking and did not cancel it, the business notes it. After repeated no-shows, online booking may be switched off for you; you can still book by phone.

Complaints

If something is wrong with a service, please say so at the business right away, or contact the business without undue delay. The business handles complaints as the law requires.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

As a consumer you can also resolve a dispute with the business out of court. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, www.coi.cz.
